Hello,
I grew up in Boise Idaho where I currently still live, and for whatever reason I've always been obsessed with palms. After some research and finding people are planting cold hardy palms in Washington, Canada, etc.I decided to put one in my front yard here in Boise. Spring and fall it is consistently 60-75, and all summer it's 95-100 everyday. In the winter I'm prepared to take any and all proper measures to ensure it's survival. I'll get to my issue. I planted a windmill palm about 2 weeks ago. Our soil here is just clay so I mixed it with a little compost and some small rocks at the bottom. I'm sure it's going through transplant shock and I know I over watered it.
