any ideas on making a td27t go harder

Hello all,

got a 1995 terrano auto d21 with a td27 turbo motor running 10 psi boost pulled hose off waste gate nw running 19psi had to wield up this thing on intake as it would open around 13 psi but still nt alot more power but getting beter. can i put another turbo on it or turn diesel pump up an hw much any ideas any 1??? open to any ideas.
